Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in IT sales and client communication. You will be trained on sales techniques, lead generation, proposal creation, and technical understanding of ROR and ReactJS services.

Key Responsibilities

· • Assist in generating leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and email outreach

· • Learn to understand client needs related to ROR and ReactJS projects

· • Help draft client proposals and assist in basic negotiations

· • Support coordination with internal technical teams

· • Maintain CRM entries and track communication

· • Build and maintain client relationships with guidance from senior BDEs

· • Work to achieve defined performance goals and targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

· • Fresher to 1 year of experience in business development or IT sales

· • Basic understanding or keen interest in web development technologies (ReactJS, Ruby on Rails)

· • Strong written and verbal communication skills

· • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and other online platforms is a plus

· • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

· • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment

· • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
