Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Definition:

To drive on-ground sales, build and nurture the channel development and distribution onboarding for our First of its kind Fire Safety IoT products in Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Location:

If based in Mumbai/Maharashtra Work from Home with regular field visits and partner meetings

If based in Hyderabad, Telangana: Work from Office with inside sales and channel activities

Note: Candidate should be fluency in English and who know Marathi is Mandatory

Responsibility Deliverables:

• Create awareness, demonstrate the product, and close direct unit sales of Ignicop® and PROMPT
• Build a network of distributors, partners, and system integrators
• Drive market awareness and strategic penetration across key sectors such as: Commercial, Assembly, Malls and Multiplexes, Hospitals, Hotels and Convention centres etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue leads through cold visits, referrals, and field surveys
• Conduct product demonstrations for building managers, association heads, and business owners
• Create awareness of the importance of fire monitoring technology
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through direct unit sales
• Maintain daily visit records and follow-up status on CRM
• Educate buyers about Ignicop® and PROMPT platforms, subscription models, and installation benefits
• Collaborate with the technical team for installations and post-sale support
• Identify and connect with potential distributors, channel partners, and fire safety influencers
• Educate and onboard partners to promote and install Ignicop® and PROMPT devices
• Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and presentations at partner locations
• Represent the company in local exhibitions, industry events, and builder/contractor forums
• Share market insights with internal teams and help refine outreach strategies

Eligibility Criteria

• Engineering Graduate – preferably B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Interest or academic exposure in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings/site visits.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated with a “fire in the belly” attitude toward growth and results
• Willingness to work in the field and interact with industry professionals
• Knowledge of Fire Safety systems (desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
