Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to increase customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial services products to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Maintain excellent relationship with existing customers to ensure timely payment collections and business growth and generating referrals. Client Escalation Management Desired Candidate Profile Graduate from any stream with 1-6 years of experience in sales & marketing or related field (accounting & financial services preferred). Proven track record of success in lead generation, conversion, and relationship management. Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
