About Us

The Arch International is a trusted and growing consultancy based in Indore, specializing in study overseas services and tourist visa assistance. We help clients secure tourist visas for top destinations including Europe, USA, UK, and Canada. We're looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team and support our travel visa operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients inquiring about tourist visas
• Explain visa services clearly and build trust with customers
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with documentation team to assist in application processing
• Help convert inquiries into paid customers
• Maintain a customer-first attitude and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or visa consultancy (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Confident, persuasive, and result-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp for business)

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on experience) + Incentives

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
