About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Female Business Development Associate (Intern) to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about communication, sales, and building client relationships, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
• Communicate with leads via calls, emails, and meetings
• Support sales strategy development and execution
• Maintain client databases and generate reports
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for proposal development
• Participate in client meetings, both virtual and in-person
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident personality and client-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in any stream
