Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Associate – Offline Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges and institutes in and around Pune to promote and sell FinnovationZ’s stock market courses. The role involves meeting decision-makers, giving presentations, and converting leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities : Conduct offline visits to colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational bodies to pitch FinnovationZ courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at institutions. Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to promote course benefits. Follow up on leads generated through visits and convert them into enrollments. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of institutional clients. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Collect feedback and insights to help improve sales strategies and course offerings. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred). 1–2 years of experience in offline sales or institutional marketing preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork in and around Pune. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to take initiative.
