Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the Oil and Gas Industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and procedures.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an asset.
