Senior Electrical Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed electrical design drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and E3D. Model and coordinate electrical systems, including cable trays, lighting, earthing, and equipment layouts, in E3D. Review and manage clash detections using Navisworks. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop designs that meet project requirements and industry standards. Ensure designs are compliant with Oil and Gas project specifications and international standards. Support the preparation of material take-offs, cable schedules, and equipment lists. Modify and update drawings based on client and engineer feedback. Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in E3D and AutoCAD (hands-on experience is a must). Working knowledge of Navisworks for model reviews and clash checking. Strong understanding of electrical design principles in Oil and Gas projects. Desired Candidate Profile : Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 710 years of relevant experience. Previous work experience in the Oil and Gas sector is essential. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality design deliverables. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additional Information: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
