Job Description : We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our team and assist in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and supporting project execution. This role will provide hands-on experience in gathering and interpreting data, working with stakeholders, and helping shape business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the gathering and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work with teams to understand project goals and document business processes.
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and present insights to aid decision-making processes.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings.
• Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet business needs and requirements.
• Help document and track business issues and solutions, and maintain relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
