Job Description Business Analyst Location: Hyderabad Office Location (India) Type: Full-time Experience: 6+ years in Business Analysis Industry Exposure: Middle East, UK, US markets About the Role: Were looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst to join a mission-critical project at Incepteo. This role calls for someone who thrives in a complex, fast-paced, multi-party environment across global time zones. Youll be the glue between stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients, ensuring smooth collaboration, sharp documentation, and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team to gather, define, and validate requirements Produce clear and structured documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and UX prototypes Translate ideas into wireframes and clickable mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar Drive daily coordination with project managers and development teams including gathering hourly updates, tracking blockers, and ensuring daily progress ¢ ¢ Engage with clients regularly to seek clarifications, align expectations, and manage delivery updates Support in managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution with a polite, patient, and solution- oriented approach ¢ Be hands-on in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and client sign-off processes ¢ ¢ Assist in creating release notes, training guides, and user manuals where required Contribute to a culture of proactive communication, collaboration, and attention to detail Who You Are ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex projects Proven track record working with teams and clients in the Middle East, UK, and US markets Experienced in multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments Deep understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies Strong UX awareness and the ability to turn requirements into prototypes Clear and concise communicator fluent in English, both spoken and written Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple threads, and maintain professionalism at all times Technically literate and comfortable engaging with development and QA teams Nice to Have ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Familiarity with Taxation, Income tax, VAT, Finance, and Accounts domain Exposure to AI, SaaS, or enterprise-grade digital platforms Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, etc. Familiarity with software delivery life cycle in startup and scale-up environments
