Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Ramco Systems, you will be a proactive and analytical fresher Chartered Accountant joining our team to manage the lifecycle of financial modules in an ERP system. Your role will involve higher involvement in product development, implementation, and post-go-live support to ensure alignment with customer requirements and industry standards. You need to have a strong passion for finance and technology, exceptional analytical abilities, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the product roadmap for financial modules, identifying and prioritizing new features or enhancements, ensuring adoption of the latest technological advancements, working closely with internal teams and customers to gather and analyze financial requirements, providing guidance during the development phase, ensuring seamless integration with other ERP modules, leading the end-to-end implementation process, assisting in data migration activities, developing training materials, configuring and testing ERP modules, and staying updated on advancements in regulations, technology, and finance innovations. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for finance automation and emerging technologies, previous exposure to client-facing roles or internships in ERP implementation, strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, proven ability to engage effectively with clients, high motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment, and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
