Business Analyst, Customer Operations

As the Business Analyst of Customer Experience (CX) Operations at Assent, you will be instrumental in connecting business requirements with technological solutions to drive growth, optimize operations, and coordinate various teams effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop reports and dashboards, analyze data, and enhance operational strategies. Utilizing tools like Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, and internal systems, you will be responsible for generating insights and reports independently. Your responsibilities will include assessing business needs, defining requirements, analyzing data to identify trends and performance drivers, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, and supporting solution design and delivery. You will play a key role in documenting workflows, collaborating with different teams for system enhancements, and ensuring successful project delivery through UAT and timeline planning. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly analytical and strategic thinker who excels in translating complex business needs into practical solutions. You should be adept at adapting to change, thrive in ambiguity, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, familiarity with Salesforce CRM, SaaS/eCommerce models, and experience in business analysis, preferably in high-growth or SaaS settings, will be beneficial.
