The AI Acceleration team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Red Hat Combinator Program. This initiative aims to enhance AI capabilities for enterprises by facilitating a path to production for internal AI development and offering consultation services to bridge concepts with AI solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering crucial information from various stakeholders, acting as a conduit between stakeholders and the development team, managing conflicting resources and priorities, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements, implementing and upholding procedures, ensuring timely project completion, and generating valuable performance reporting documentation. We are seeking a proactive and collaborative team member with substantial experience in AI and AI project consultation, outstanding skills in business development and ROI/value analysis, and a strong background in data analysis and reporting to aid in steering strategic, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities: - Review intake submissions and business use cases, and mediate between stakeholders and development/IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. - Provide guidance to internal customers on project feasibility and offer information to stakeholders and functional leaders to facilitate decision-making. - Assist in overseeing all project management functions to achieve schedule, resource, and quality objectives, including project scheduling, estimating, forecasting, risk management, budget monitoring, cost reporting, and impact assessment. - Cultivate and sustain beneficial relationships across business units. - Collaborate with business leaders to facilitate business outcomes related to strategy, objectives, financial analysis, business value, and ROI. - Manage intake and feedback mechanisms to streamline processes. - Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders. - Develop project plans, scoping documents, and reporting materials. - Proactively manage changes in project scope. Qualifications: - Consultative mindset with a proven record of partnering with business customers for impactful solutions in curated and generative AI. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BA/BSA role. - Strong Agile experience. - Demonstrated history of leading and supporting successful projects. - Exceptional project management, organizational, time management, and team leadership skills. - Broad understanding of business and technical aspects. - Self-driven and highly organized with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. - Capable of managing multiple work streams concurrently. - Proficiency in understanding software development lifecycles. - Coordination with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Superior documentation and presentation abilities. - Data-driven analysis skills for delivery measurement and management. - Upholding professionalism in diverse working environments.
