About role:

Senior Brand Partnership Manager

You’ll work directly with the founders and content heads to position BabyBillion as the go-to platform for brands targeting young audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Outreach & Pitching

  – Identify, reach out, and close high-potential brand deals across India and global markets.

• Strategic Partnerships

  – Design integrated campaigns that go beyond impressions – driving brand recall, emotional connect, and business outcomes.

• Stakeholder Management

  – Be the single point of contact for CMO-level brand partners, agencies, and internal teams.

• Campaign Leadership

  – Oversee end-to-end execution of brand campaigns (briefing, approvals, deliverables, reporting).

• Revenue Ownership

  – Own monthly and quarterly brand revenue targets; track pipeline and conversion metrics.

• Creative Collaboration

  – Align with creative, production, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

• Industry Intelligence

  – Stay ahead of trends in kids' content, digital advertising, and branded storytelling.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 4–7 years

  of experience in brand partnerships, sales, or marketing (preferably in media, content, or kids’ categories).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to

  close 6–7 figure brand deals

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of

  how brands measure impact

• Experience working cross-functionally with creative and operations teams.
• Comfortable in a

  fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
