Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch sales team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail mortgages, sales, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and regulatory requirements.
Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank is an added advantage.
