Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch sales team.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail mortgages or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
