Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations of the branch. Tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Skills in Market Analysis and Identification of Business Opportunities
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus

1) Responsible for achieving given business target of the branch under the guidance of the branch in-charge .

2) Keep regular contact with all the existing customers for retaining & developing new business & payment collection.

3) Preparation and updating details of all customer visits and customer follow-up through a daily sales report on daily basis and submitting to the branch in-charge.

4) Educational Qualification: Graduate/Intermediate.

5) Min. 4 years of relevant experience.
