Manage and oversee branch receivables operations for timely and accurate payments. Develop and implement strategies to improve receivables management and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and reports of receivables transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations. Experience in managing branch receivables operations and improving efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
