Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager, located in Tadepalligudem. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and achievement of operational targets. Tasks include managing branch staff, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and developing strategies to improve branch efficiency and performance.
