Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers for various banking services. Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and promptly. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and resolution rates. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage. Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
