Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and personal banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to clients.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
