Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager (Gold Loan) located in Vijayawada. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, achieving branch targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include supervising staff, handling customer queries, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Branch Manager will also oversee loan processing, collections, and adherence to regulatory norms. Building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the branch are key responsibilities.
