Own the branch P&L, drive chit-booking & collections growth, maintain 100 % regulatory compliance, and build a high-performance sales & service culture.
• ₹ 1 Cr new chit value / month • 0 % statutory penalty • < 2 % 30+ DPD • ≤ 3 % attrition for core sales force • Audit score ≥ 95 %.
• Bachelor’s in Commerce / Business / Finance (MBA preferred)
• 7–10 yrs in retail financial services, incl. ≥ 3 yrs P&L or team-lead role
• Tamil & English fluency; working Hindi a plus.
