Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our sales team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Monitor and control delinquency and other key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
Undertake regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applications.
Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.
Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to the centre.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Possess strong relationship management and business sourcing skills.
Demonstrate a flair for sales and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding about microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.
Experience as a sales officer in microfinance business is required.
Understanding of critical attributes of customer service is essential.
