Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our branch to oversee and manage all branch activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, managing branch staff, handling client relationships, and achieving revenue growth and operational efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the logistics sector, and a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services.
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff.
• Coordination of the branch activities.
• Manage branch budget, controlling costs and driving revenue.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 Years of logistics experience, with 2+ years in management.
• Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing teams, operations, and budgets in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience with logistics management software and technology is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial knowledge with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
