Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Branch Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing agency channels in the life insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for building and leading a strong agency team, driving new business acquisition, and achieving branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the agency sales team, ensuring motivation, training, and performance management.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor agency advisors to build a productive and sustainable sales force.
• Plan and execute strategies for agency channel growth and new business generation.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and audits to maintain high-quality service standards and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders to enhance branch reputation.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and motivational programs for agency advisors.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance and market insights to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel management, preferably in branch leadership roles.
• Proven track record of growing agency networks and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide agents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of insurance products, agency channel dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize business growth.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
