BMS Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Building Management System (BMS) and ensure the smooth functioning of all building automation systems including HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and other critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, pumps, etc.
• Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of BMS equipment.
• Troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and escalations in coordination with service providers.
• Maintain records of daily operations, breakdowns, and servicing.
• Ensure energy management and cost optimization through efficient system usage.
• Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for technical support, spares, and AMC.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards in all activities.
• Train and supervise technicians/operators assigned under BMS.
• Generate and analyze daily/monthly reports related to system performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BMS operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or other BMS platforms preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and system analysis skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Familiar with fire & safety protocols and energy management principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
