BIM Manager

We're Hiring – BIM Modeler (MEP)

Experience:

BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models (LOD 200–300) using

  Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

• Develop mechanical & electrical systems with coordinated building services layouts
• Manage drawing standards and maintain drawing registers
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to gather and incorporate design inputs
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documents from 3D models
• Conduct

  clash detection

  and produce detailed clash reports using Navisworks or equivalent tools
• Ensure all models meet

  project BIM standards

  and protocols
• Maintain and update the

  BIM family library

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other BIM team members to ensure design accuracy and coordination

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient in

  Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

• Solid understanding of

  MEP systems

  and

  BIM workflows

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with clash detection and issue tracking tools
• Experience with drawing/document control and BIM standards compliance
