BIM Engineer _MEP

Job Title: BIM Engineer

Experience Required : 3-6 Years

Job Location: Thane

Qualification: BE/ BTech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of MEP systems design
• Coordinate MEP design work between different disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural).
• Experience in energy modelling and other performance-based analysis.
• Proficiency in BIM Software like 

  Revit, Navisworks, 3DMax

• Knowledge about various levels of details in BIM from 

  LOD 100 to LOD 500.

• Experience in detailed BIM models using Revit software in 

  MEP

• Ability to understand detail design drawings, Develop accurate 2D drawings from BIM tools.
• Experience in shop drawing for detail layout preparation
• Ability to check clash detection with collaboration of different models
• Experience on Scan to BIM is preferred.
• Experience in overseas (Gulf / US / Europe) projects is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with overseas clients.
• Understand project requirements and participate in design reviews.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
