Job Title: Site EngineerLocation: Bangalore, IndiaExperience Required: 2–5 yearsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per monthJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to join our construction team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing on-site activities, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.Assist in material planning, procurement, and inventory management.Liaise with project managers and architects to ensure alignment with project goals.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.2–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction project management.Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Working Conditions:Full-time, on-site role.6-day work week.Field-based position with required travel to site locations in and around Bangalore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
