We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman with experience in preparing submission drawings for permit and completion . The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate architectural and engineering drawings in compliance with local authority requirements and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update submission drawings for building permits and completion certificates. Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority guidelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to incorporate required changes. Maintain proper documentation and version control of all submitted drawings. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order and payment verification. Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies. Ensure timely submission of tax-related documentation (e.g., GST). Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or accounts (Fresher with strong knowledge can also apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
