As a senior engineer, you will be an expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing Semantic Layer for self-service consumption and project implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with various Mondelz D&A projects to develop efficient data solutions that are self-service ready. You will create templates, design best practices related to Semantic, data modeling, and visualization, and serve as the lead Power BI & Semantic trainer. Additionally, you will consult on project execution, evaluate new functionalities, and actively contribute to the semantic & visualization Community of Practice success. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's in an IT-related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in consulting or IT leading the implementation of data solutions. A strong background in Semantic Layer, data models, KPI calculation, and experience with Power BI, DAX, and GCP/Big Query data sources will be beneficial. Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, problem-solving skills, and experience in solving data analysis challenges are essential. Certification in GCP and/or Azure data solutions, understanding of Machine Learning, and Statistical forecast activity will be advantageous.
