Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Executive who can spearhead our marketing efforts—from influencer and digital marketing to user acquisition and campaign strategies. This role demands creativity, strategy, and execution to help us scale rapidly and engage our users effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creators for brand awareness and campaign promotions.
• Design and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain new users.
• Craft marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, festivals, and community trends.
• Explore collaborations with media outlets, platforms, or communities for broader reach.
• Plan and manage performance-driven campaigns across platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 3-4 years of experience in business development and marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and data-driven growth marketing.
• Experience with crypto or the fintech industry will be a plus point.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
