Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Battery Instructor located in Noida. The Battery Instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on battery systems, developing curriculum and training materials, conducting hands-on demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role includes evaluating trainees’ progress, providing feedback, and staying updated with industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Battery Systems, Electrical Engineering, and Energy Storage Systems
• Experience in Curriculum Development, Training Program Design, and Instructional Techniques
• Strong Skills in Safety Protocols, Compliance, and Quality Assurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical training
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in the energy sector
