Background verification-Team Leader

● Able to Manage a team of 10 team members minimum

● Conduct review of teams’ performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with

process managers and direct reportees.

● Inventory analysis and management

● SLA adherence

● Conduct quarterly appraisals for those under direct supervision.

● Overall quality improvement focusing on 0 tolerance on errors.

● Lead from Front and Team building

● Should be good at people management

● Relationship management with clients, vendors and issuing authorities.

● Should take initiatives for process improvement.

● Coaching and feedback.

● Daily and Weekly MIS reporting – Internal and External

● Should have good process understanding or be able to comprehend the business

processes

● Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

● Should be good at escalation handling.

Competencies:

● Graduate in any stream with minimum of 5 years of experience

● Expertise in MS – Office

● Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative

● Reliability and dedication to the position is imperative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
