Lead Generation Specialist – Insurance Location: Bengaluru Overview: Drive client acquisition for our insurance products by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects from lead pool to sales handoff. Key Responsibilities: Research and build a targeted list of potential clients using online platforms, and social media Outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to initiate interest Qualify leads based on insurance-specific criteria and schedule follow-ups for sales team Maintain updated records and report on KPIs (leads generated, conversion rate, etc.) Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach content and campaigns Required Skills: 2+ years in lead generation or sales (insurance preferred) Strong communication, research, and CRM skills Data‑driven mindset and ability to improve processes continuously Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
