Tech and MBA Freshers are not Applicable Responsibilities 1.Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvements 2.Maintain productivity targets 3.Ensure all the emails are responded within time 4.Timely completion of the task,ongoing quality service delivery of the task assigned. 5.Complying to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards 6.Carrying out data entry and rule based entry for processes and performing simple process calculations 7. Make outbound calls to client/ stakeholders with the defined call tree 8. Maintain the defined Voice Quality and standards Accountability 1.
