Associate - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals, to identify and source potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications thoroughly to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, assess their skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the interview process, including conducting initial interviews when necessary.
  • Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from application to offer.
  • Provide timely feedback and clear communication to candidates regarding their application status.
  • Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist with the preparation and posting of compelling job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) meticulously with candidate information and real-time status updates.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings as required.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of the

    recruitment process

    and candidate lifecycle.
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

    for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using

    job boards, social media platforms

    , and other sourcing tools.
  • Highly

    organized

    with strong

    attention to detail

    for managing multiple applications and coordinating schedules.
  • Ability to maintain a

    positive and professional demeanor

    throughout candidate interactions.
  • Familiarity with

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification:

    Graduation, BBA, or Diploma in HR, or MBA.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
