Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., responsible for managing settlements processes. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in process management and settlement processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the settlements process to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall process quality.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve process goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of process management principles and practices.
Experience in managing settlements processes or similar roles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
