Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in process management and improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.
Lead and manage a team of process managers and analysts to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with processes and implement controls to prevent errors.
