Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in process management and a strong background in IT Services & Consulting.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with processes and implement controls to prevent errors.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.
Experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with process improvement tools and techniques is an asset.
