Job Description

1. Implement drive improvements to the CROframework 2. Develop and execute conversion optimizationstrategy with a goal of creating conversion rate and revenue lift through useof testing tools, understand nuance of a clients business and how ittranslates to conversion optimization 3. Develop or support the team in developinghypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for optimization projects (A/B,Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization) 4. Evaluate conversion bottle necks against knownbest practices 5. Understand and implement ways to monitorconversion funnel congestions, design and usability factors of highlyconverting webpages. 6. Coordinate with developers, analysts, andresearchers to drive projects forward 7. Oversee the structure, development, andmonitoring of tests with a focus on achieving high testing velocity for clients Desired Skills Experience 1. Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools tosetup, launch, develop a/b tests (VWO, Optimizely, Optimize, Adobe Target, etc) 2. Experienced and knowledgeable Google Analytics,Adobe Analytics, Tag management solutions, Tag audit solutions. 3. Experience with research tools includingHotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools 4. Experience with multichannel media campaignsincluding a working knowledge of paid search, testing ad text and landingpages, SEO 5. Organized and methodical in setting upprocesses to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills 6. Understanding of psychology behind UI UX 7. Understand best practices for UI and UX forlanding pages, applications, mobile, and desktop 8. Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind tomine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iterationtesting. 9. A sound understanding of the methodology andmathematics behind effective testing 10. Effective communicator to market test ideas andinfluence test-related decisions 11. Excellent presentation and slide buildingskills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention Desired Personal Characteristics 1. This individual knows what hard work looks likeand leads by example. A leader and a doer. 2. This individual is fluent in the web analyticrequired to improve a user experience. He/She knows how to create a testinghypothesis and design a test to prove the theory. 3. This individual is curious about the latesttrends in digital marketing. We are looking for an incessant questioner, who isalways looking for ways to improve a user experience. 4. Has confidence in their convictions, can drivedirection out of ambiguity and is excited by the challenge of questioning thestatus quo to get more out of marketing campaigns 5. Knows how to create urgency for both clientsand team members, with enthusiasm and straight talk-whatever the situationdictates. Wants to learn fast and find the next winner. 6. Works collaboratively across departments toturn ideas into action. Desired qualifications Any graduate/post graduate/Degree in Digital Marketing or Mathematics / Statistics / Economics Prior experience of 4 to 8 years of optimizing user experience and marketing campaigns At least 1 years of experience in a supervisory role – not mandatory
