Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Business/Data Analyst to join our team. The analyst will play a critical role in analyzing sales, operations, and financial data to generate actionable insights that improve performance, drive profitability, and support strategic decision-making in our cargo logistics and B2B shipping business . Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain dashboards to track key business KPIs including sales performance, customer acquisition, courier costs, and P&L. Analyze operational data (first-mile, mid-mile, last-mile, billing) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or cost leakages. Support pricing and courier allocation strategy by modeling impact of rate changes and courier mix. Monitor lead funnel, conversions, and sales productivity; recommend improvements to inside/field sales processes. Conduct deep dives into customer segments, churn, repeat behavior, and regional trends. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Tech) to support key business initiatives and reporting. Assist in business reviews with leadership by preparing insight-rich reports and presentations. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a data/business analytics role in logistics, eCommerce, SaaS , or related industries. Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets , SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Data Studio). Experience working with large operational/sales datasets and drawing actionable business insights. Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
