Site Supervision & Inspection: Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. Budget & Resource Optimization: Manage cost control, procurement, and resource allocation for civil projects. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of construction activities, approvals, and compliance reports. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
