Who are we?

We’re Kaala Ghoda Films, a content marketing agency where psychology, neurology, data science, and creativity team up to make magic.

What’s the role?

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (with 2–4 years of experience) to dream up disruptive social media campaigns and content for brands that want to stop the scroll and spark conversations.

You’ll thrive here if you:

-Think in punchlines, scroll in insights, and live in ‘Saved’ folders

-Can predict a content format trend before it hits your feed

-Know how to build stories, write for attention spans < 6 seconds, and direct visual treatments that slap

-Can engage with a creative execution team in a respectful and solution-oriented manner, ensuring smooth project progression

-Love both wild ideas and well-structured decks
