Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banking Services Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of banking products and processes, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to provide top-notch customer service and support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with day-to-day banking needs including account inquiries, fund transfers, and product information update KYC documentation, and process service requests Promote and cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance Support cash operations and ensure accurate and timely transaction processing Maintain compliance with bank policies, RBI regulations, and KYC/AML standards Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex queries as needed Prepare daily reports and support audits and internal checks Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth banking operations Requirements: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in a bank, NBFC, or financial institution Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of banking systems and products Good interpersonal and customer handling skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Skills: Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a leading banking institution Structured training and development programs Growth opportunities
