Job Summary:
We are looking for a growth-focused and target-driven Associate Area Sales Manager to join our team in Mangalore. The role involves managing field sales operations, leading a small sales team, and driving business in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities across the assigned area and achieve revenue targets
• Guide and support field executives to boost productivity
• Identify new business opportunities and client segments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor sales metrics and generate performance reports
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and team reviews
• Ensure process compliance and quality customer service

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales and team support
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage sales pressure and targets
• Familiarity with Mangalore market and local geography
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
