Role Description

This is a part-time role for an Assistant at Wisdom of Mind. The Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as coordinating appointments, managing communications, assisting with thought-education sessions, and providing support to the expert team. This is a hybrid role, located in Hisar, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Administrative skills: scheduling, communication management, organizational skills
• Support skills: assisting with thought-education sessions, providing team support
• Technical skills: familiarity with technology and specialized techniques relevant to mental well-being
• Interpersonal skills: excellent written and verbal communication, empathetic, and teamwork
• Experience in mental health or related fields is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred
