Assistant Store Incharge

As an integral member of our team, your primary responsibility will involve assisting in stock management by handling inward and outward entries. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail will be essential in accurately binning and labeling parts, as well as participating in monthly stock audits and physical verifications. Collaboration with the purchase and accounts teams will be necessary for activities such as Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and billing coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and promptly reporting any shortages or fast-moving items to facilitate timely decision-making. Furthermore, your role will focus on ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and systematic storage of items in the warehouse, contributing to an efficient and organized work environment.
