We are looking for an experienced Inventory Planner from a retail background to manage material and product inventory, stock levels, align production with sales demand, forecast demand, and ensure optimal inventory availability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, skilled in forecasting, knowledge of inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales trends and forecast demand for products. Forecast demand based on sales trends, production plans, and seasonality. Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Coordinate with purchasing, for inventory planning. Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and store and sales teams to ensure inventory alignment. Monitor inventory turnover and recommend reorder levels. Assist in planning seasonal and promotional stock requirements. Ensure data accuracy in inventory systems Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Strong knowledge of retail inventory management and forecasting techniques. Proficient in Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Knowledge of lean inventory and just-in-time (JIT) practices. Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Inventory Planner and forecasting role.

Designation Assistant / Deputy Manager (Dispatch Role) Department - Supply Chain Location: Ghaziabad Factory, B-1, B-2/III, Industrial Area, Ghaziabad. CTC Budget - 8 to 9 LPA Lead - Dispatch and Logistics Management Function : Operations Experience : 4 to 5 Yrs Purpose of the job Executive - Dispatch shall be responsible for moving incoming finished goods to CDO as per established norms, generating and fulfilling Pls, and for loading goods onto trucks as per customer requirements and SOPs. Tracking important performance metrics and ensuring proper documentation and data entry at every step of the process shall also be critical to the role holder. Key Responsibilities Stock Management Carry out inspection of items received from production as per the posting slip supplied (quantity, batch number etc.) Ensure proper storage of materials post receiving as per internal norms and SOPs Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of the store as per product requirements and statutory norms Conduct pick list fulfilment in a timely and accurate manner Supervise the functioning of blue-collar operators on adherence to norms and internal guidelines PI Generation Ensure accuracy in and adherence to timelines w.r.t generation of purchase indents Liaise with user teams in accounts and other departments for validation Loading Supervise loading operations of finished goods onto containers as per work order or bill of lading, while adhering to specific requirements of each product Observe and direct loading of conveyance to determine conformance to loading patterns and to prevent shifting or damage to materials or products during transit Prepare and analyze last day reports of finished goods movement from plants Track and report performance data w.r.t. truck placement, truck utilization, lead time adherence, shortage / damages Index, load capacity utilization etc. MIS and Stock Audits Update the company MIS on an ongoing basis, prepare reports as and when required Conduct monthly stock audits to ensure that inventories are managed with accuracy Graduate in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in dispatch Experience Exposure to Order Management, Upkeep of Stores, Loading/Unloading, Packing and stacking norms, purchase indents etc. Experience in Pl generation and/or pick list fulfilment Knowledge of day to day documentation in dispatch, export protocols etc. Experience in data keeping, stock audits, reporting and software use Experience supervising operators in the dispatch function is desirable Education Behavioural Competencies Analytical Ability Continuous Improvement Execution Excellence Conflict Management Stakeholder Management Technical Competencies Stock Management Order Management Dispatch Planning PI generation and fulfilment Loading Norms MS Excel, SAP, MIS etc. Personal Attributes Integrity & Ethics Attention to Detail Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Self Motivated Collaborative Adaptive Creative

Role & responsibilities Coordinating with bankers on regular business matters and addressing their queries. Preparing monthly calculations for interest and principal repayments. Compiling various data related to banking compliance, including ASM, stock audits, and CMA-related data for renewals and new proposals. Assisting Finance Manager with stock statement preparation. Obtaining various CA certificates as required for banking compliance. Additional responsibilities may also be assigned as needed.

About the Role: 1. Should know about pattern making and technical specs for menswear 2. Should be able to take a development sample from idea to completion with all relevant follow-up in between. 3. Should understand fabrics, weaves, and patterns. 4. Should be able to create tech packs/spec sheets 5. Should understand colours and trends and research. 6. Should be able to source trims and fabrics as per requirement with the sourcing team. 7. Stock Management & Fabric Selection: Choose appropriate fabrics based on market demand, quality, and target costs. Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Ensure orders are placed on time to meet customer or market needs. Perform stock audits and organising merchandise display regularly. 8. Reporting and feedback: Prepare reports on product performance and stock levels to store managers and other stakeholders. 9. Market and Competitor Analysis: Identify trends, both in terms of products and customer preferences. About you: 1. Should have software skills Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel. 2. Good communication skills and enthusiasm for projects. 3. Good team worker 4. 3 to 4 years in menswear 5. Coursework in Fashion design (preferably NIFT)
